My wife is working in civil court and over small issues wants Divorce.. Love marriage of 12 years and having 7 yrs daughter.. she is not letting me meet my daughter and not allowing any time spent together.. I used to take care of daughter as she was in her office from morning to Evening earlier... What should I do ? I want to take care of my Daughter while wife is on the job at her office... And living separate in the same city as Wife is not allowing me to do it. Need Solution for this

I have completed 50 years of age, 32 years service given VRS notice on 26/05/2014 while on deputation at Muncipal corproation being a employee of maharashtra jeevan pradhikaran The UMC is showing arrears due to me as they say they have paid more in salaries without any of my fault and on that basis my parent department have given me letter that they are unable to pass the VRS and have asked to settle the dues with corporation and re-submit the vrs whereas after three months of notice I stopped going to duties and corporation is not giving me the NOC of no due certificate what shall I do presently? I do not get the payment nor any thing recieved as retiral benefits and pension please guide.

What is the Indian law on re-sale of medicine by consumer who bought it? Till when can we return the medicines before expiry of drugs? What amount the company is supposed to pay back to retailer if they return the medicines before expiry? And is the retailer supposed to pay the consumer if he returns the medicine within time?

Dear Sir, Sub: Property Issue with my two younger brothers. With reference to the above, I require some legal opinion. I am the elder Son and I have two younger brothers and one younger sister we all are unmarried and we four member are staying in one house, the house is in my name, and my father was expired in 1997 and my mother was expired in 2010, now last one year onward my two younger brother want to divided the property and they met all our relatives and they are pressuring on me, the property details is given below. 1) Constructed House in 100Sq.yrds this is in my name and the land was gifted by my father before his death, and this was constructed with my own money with my savings and chit amount - In this property my younger brother will get share. 2) One House is in my fathers name, the area is 60sq.yrds. 3) One Open Plot of 200sq.yrds in my father's name 4) One Open Plot of 120sq.yrds in my mother's name. I have told my brother and our sangam society people that the property will be divided after my younger sister marriage, but they are not listing to me and they are pressuring me. Please advice how can we divide the above property for our four members.

I have booked a flat in noida extension in 2012, as per agreement builder has to provide the possession in june 2016. Still I have not got the possession however the construction work is going on. On RERA website, builder has provided the completion date as 31st december 2017. Now I am very frustrated and do not know what to do as it seems that the builder will take another 1 year to complete the work(as per current ground situation). I am paying rent & EMI also my daughter is now 4 year old and I want to take her admission. As currently I am in delhi and hence it is very difficult situation for me to choose the school location either Delhi or Noida.
