My grand parents were old kashtkaar of this land in jamabandi records .Now in jamabandi nakal kasht kaar name is ManiRam who is my father. Who died in 2009. Now we are cultivating the land.land Details are - owner name- tk singh, Kashtkaar name- MANI RAM, LAGAAN 10 PAISA FEE KANALSAALTAMAAM, GAIR MARUSI . 1. Can the owner sell this land to any other party 2. Can any other person who buy take possession of the land as cultivator and evict us 3. what is the solution of those who are cultivator of gair marusi?

Unless a stay order or interim order has been passed by the court, can civic authorities take an action in that subjudice matter in accordance with law or as per their manual, any authority in this regard. I have filled the suit for the removal of encroachment made by the offenders in front of my shop on municipal street, but the court did not issue any stay order in this regard and the proceedings are going on, but whenever I approach the municipal authorities to remove that they were made the contention that the matter is pending in the court , so they will not be taking any action in removal of encrochment from the public street, any authority in this regard.

My husband and his mother filed RCR case against me without my knowledge when I was in my mother's home for first delivery. They also attended 1st hearing without informing me. They did this all, just to get divorce without my knowledge. Later I came to know about this and I complained in SP office. They investigated and filed FIR against them. I don't want to get separated from my husband. I want to live with my husband along with my 1.5 year old baby. I want to know how this case will proceed and end. Is there possibility for me to live with my husband? Will the court help me in that?

High court on 01-12-2014 ordered to implement PG preference from 1996 onwards. HC orders were implemented upto 2010-11 year. The HC order was challenged before supreme court. Implementation report was submitted to HC as well as SC. on 02-12-2016, SC has ordered as "status quo obtained as on today shall be maintained". What is the implication of SC order? Whether it has stayed the order of HC dated 01-12-14 or orders already implemented upto 2010-11 will prevail? please inform

I am a Hindu and got my divorce by mutual consent through Lok Adalat few years back. Will the lok adalat divorce decree be considered legally valid. I am planning for my second marriage with a person who is a Hindu. I would like to know the documents required for registering the marriage and will the marriage have to be registered under Hindu marriage act or Special marriage act? Thanks.

My cousin based in Australia is seeking help from an Advocate to prepare an appeal (draft) for his case on 9th Nov. Brief about the case: Complained to the Tribunal known - as our agent did not look after our property, hearing was on 8th May 2017, where case was dismissed by the member [member’s decision date 9th May you have] We have evidence in form of : SMS past tenant, present tenant emails, who says: agent lied from day one which we put in chronology order [copy you have]. Appeal process is we have to apply for appeal within 28 days, but due to my health issues [ got medical certificate] and documents went missing [ as my PC was crashed] there was delay, and Panel will consider this when we further do our submissions which is due on 9th Nov. Other party says they did their job as professional which we don’t agree upon. If we lose then other part may ask for cost which is what we are worried about, so being an expert in Law your valuable opinion is needed. 

I worked for a company for 1 year on contract basis. But till date company has not paid me last 2 months salary, which amounts for nearly Rs. 40000/-. This company is registered in London, UK and conducts it's operations from their Mumbai (Andheri) office. The contract agreement between the company and me is done on Company's Letter Head only. I have in my possession all the receipts of the salary paid for initial 10 months, as the payment is made online. More over in an email communication the Company Director (Accounts Head) have agreed and promised to pay the dues. But 7 months have passed and he is not willing to pay my dues and just want to pass the time. Will sending a legal notice solve this issue? Should I send them written letter via post or email communication will be enough as evidence?

It's the case for Pension at par of Sponsor banks to Retired Regional Rural Bank staff. Lots of time case listed but mostly Additional Solicitor General of India seek adjournment and in last six dates ASG seeking continuously adjournment. More than 3500 Retires died and about 30000 Retires are facing serious financial problem because their employees provident fund Pension is Rs.700/- to Rs.2500/-. How our above case can dispose early, kindly suggest?
