I started working with this Pvt Ltd BPO. I never received any offer letter nor did any PF benefits. I did quit my job however the employer has my original documents. How can I get my documents because he has refused me to serve the notice period and I cannot pay the fine. Also, I suspect an income tax fraud by the Employer. Please help. Thank you.

I have an issue related to labour law. I joined pvt bank in September 2013. I have worked till March 2015. I was continuously harrased & was being forced to resign. On denial of putting my paper they have terminated without giving any reason. Due to my parent's bad health i have avoided any dispute and have given my resignation letter. They accepted it, gave me the"relieving letter". Now I have got selected in many companies after that but either due to negative verification I am getting rejected & when I ask the reason none of the company is providing the same. On pushing further they just say there is an integrity or compliance issue and don't get in detail. Even after forcing they don't provide in written rather say that my profile is on hold. Some small firms willing to help said that there is something written as I have cheated them in some monetary terms. On complaining to bank they say they have not given any bad Reference and ask me to Get some proof if any. Now I am unemployed from last 3 yes. I have given almost 65-70 interviews and have got black listed in every company I visited. Now due to this much delay I'm getting frustrated and facing challenges. What should I do at this point now to avoid further harassment as they are not allowing me to take small jobs also. Some of my close reference say different things like I've stolen something, I'm going to go to jail soon, etc. Kindly help. Thank you.

Helo, My inlaws were died in 2003(before our marriage).we had ancestral residence in hyderabad.First my husband started a playschool in that house, later after our partners issues that effected our relationship, my husband had occupied upstairs and had given rent to ground floor to some one without my concern he is extending the rental agreement year by year.bcz of my health problems i want to move down.but he is not listening my words.now can i file a case against him and the tenant to stop further rental extension.Still the house is under the name of my late father in law only.i have any right to reoccupy our house.i have two minor kids(sons). Give me u r valuable suggestions that can change my opinions and decisions.

I have done agreement for residential property in 2010 in Maharashtra. Construction was completed and got completion certificate in 2015. However possession of property got late in 2016 due to some seepage issue. Now society is demanding maintenance from the date it got completion certificate. Need to know if society can demand maintenance amount for the period when property was not in possession. Thanks.

dear sir, 1) I was appointed as a gymnastics coach by sports authority of Andhra pradesh (SAAP) under contract basis in the year 2009, through Notification,against sectioned posts. but after serving these many years still SAAP is not regularizing our services , we came to know that there are many veccant sanctioned posts available too. 2)Before 2009, SAAP recruited coaches in the year 1999, under contract basis, they are also not regularized but paid salaries with full scale along with all monetary befits like DA,HRA,CCA.....ELs ect, but SAAP is not paying benfits to our 2009 yr coaches batch Now here is my request how i can approach court for regularization and or salaries on par with senior contract coaches batch

Expertise Sir/Madam I have a shed in MIDC waluj Aurangabad Maharashtra. In 2002 I apply for disconnection of water supply and on the same day MIDC disconnected. I had some arrear pending. Business activities were closed from 2003. Now I want NOC from MIDC water department. During 2002 to till date MIDC did not send any recovery notice and not take any action. Through RTI I got some documents from MIDC.I find that MIDC asked the collector to recover the pending dues as land revenue of Rs 30,000 from me in 2002. But until today collector also not take any action. Now dated 09/2017 when I apply to MIDC to issue a NOC and I am ready to pay Rs 30,000 as per recorded in collector office. I am shocked MIDC give me letter of pending dues of Rs 2,12,505/- on 09/11/2017.I am in hurry as I want to rent out my shed. Last 15-16 years business was closed I suffered a huge loss. I contact to collector office they asked to pay Rs 30,000 here and balance to MIDC. I want to know once MIDC handed over the rights to recover the due amount from defaulter then is MIDC still have the rights to recover over dues amount from me. Hi, I'm planning to gift money Rs. 5 lakh each to my mother and brother through online transfer. Both the donor and donee are residents of Jharkhand. I'm aware that this is tax-exempt but to avoid any issues in future, particularly from Income Tax Dept, is it advisable to get a gift-deed registered? What should be the value of the stamp paper? Any other charges also involved in getting this document registered? Any other things that I should know about this transaction? Thank you
