Hi, After redevelopment of our old building,I have received possession of my new shop from the builder in 2017. Maharashtra. The shop is duly registered under the Shop and Establishment Act. The society now is asking for the below, 1.I have let out my shop on rent with nature of business being a Hair Saloon. The society now objects to this nature of business. Is the society allowed to object to a legitimate business. 2 I am being asked to submit water meter permission issued to me by BMC and fire safety compliance report. Am I responsible for this or should the builder handover these documents to the Society when he transferred management to the Society in 2017? Is the society allowed to force me to get a new water meter connection from BMC when the society is charging me maintenance charges for my shop 50% more than the Flat owners in the society? Thank you in advance.

Flat transfer to more than one nominee If 2 persons are nominated by member and if both nominees wants their name to be mentioned in the Share Certificate on the death of member, what is the way out as only one can be admitted as member. Second nominee cannot even be appointed as Associate as the first named nominee himself does not have right, title and interest in the property as he is merely a trustee. As per MCS Act, as amended in 2014, to be an associate member he should be a part owner having right, title and interest in property, which will be absent in this case.

Good afternoon. My name is sarath working as an Asst. Manager Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank, Nandikotkur. My problem is i have just said about the Out of order lending going on in the branch to the Personnel department chief manager in the head office. Then being the salary disbursing authority he immediately stopped my salary for about four months. Then they started torturing me not to come to the branch as i didnt support the manager in doing money laundering practice. So now because of the vulnerable situations without any proof i stopped going to the bank. Now they dont allow me to work or suspend me for not going to the branch without notice or reply about anything regarding my employment status. Atleast they are not paying me salary. Now what should i do to claim the salary aa i am facing financial crisis with this mental torture. I dont know how i can handle these so called some of the seniors (associated with money launderers). I would be very grateful he anyone advise me in this context.

Appeal is 90 days from date of decision or receipt of hard copy ? We had applied for mutual divorce at the family court in Bandra in Mumbai on 15th January 2017 and the decision was given on 2nd September 2017 as "Uncontested--CONSENT". However, due to some misunderstanding between us and the lawyer, none of us had applied for a copy of the judgement. Once we realised the mistake, we applied for the copy on 15th November 2017 which we got on 4th January 2018. Now, I have been reading that the time for an appeal (for Hindu Marriage) is 90 days but it does not say from when. I would have assumed that it was from the date the decision was given (2nd September 2017), however looking at this thread, I'm no longer sure. Can someone please tell me whether the period of appeal is 90 days from when the decision is given (2nd September 2017) or from when the copy of judgement is received (4th January 2018)?
