Dear Sir, My Native is Narasaraopet Guntur District AP State...In 2008 We bought a site with 4 boundaries...On South Side In My Registration Documents it is mentioned own wall....But adjacent owner tells it is a joint wall...that adjacent owner has no registration documents....but he is famous person in that area....Now in 2017 November we started construction...So,tell me in which way we fight against him...and what questions we asked him to proceeding legally.

Want to cancel the deal made by father during his lifetime

My father signed a land agreement in June 2015 agreeing and recieved the complete amount. Unfortunately he passed away in 2017 august. Now see that the amount given was very low so I want to sell the land at better price as we are facing big financial crisis currently. How is it possible?

Owner sell vehicle which was on loan and refused for RC transfer

I purchased a 2nd hand two wheeler. During purchase I was not aware it's on EMI. I paid the amount and agreement were signed . The owner always made excuse whnever I asked him for RC transfer. Almost 1 year passed he is always making excuse. Then I went to RTO, then I came to know that vehicle is on loan and needs NOC from bank. Now I contacted again the owner and at present the owner of vehicle has died . I contacted his family mamber but their response is negative . Please advice me what should I do. The vehicle is my liability or the owners NOK. Who will pay the remaining EMI? I have the original RC and original notary aggrement. They are showing negative response so Can I file a case against his family to pay remaining EMI and give me NOC Plz advice.

Dear Concern, I had purchased a flat and builder is demanding money from me. The total cost of flat is 40 lacs + GST and other items. So, in agreement of sale it is mentioned "10% of the total consideration to be paid to the promoter on completion of the external plumbing and external plaster, elevation, terreces with waterproofing of the building or the wing, completion of the lifts, water pumps, electrical fittings, entrance lobbies, plinth protection, paving of areas appertain and all other requirements as may be prescribed in agreement of saleof the building or wing in which the said apartment is located. Now my concern in, in this, builder has not completed terreces with waterproofing, completion of lifts (Lift duct is there but lift is not installed, Is this installation of lift?), paving of areas appertain (Is this the lobby area or the surrounding area in the society?- Lobby area is completed but surrounding area is remaining). So, I wanted to know if I can hold my payments and ask builder to install lifts, complete the terrece waterproofing and install paver blocks in society area and once that is done I will make the payment? or am I liable to make the payment now?
