Our apartment association has been registerd in 2002. It has not been renewed till date. There are some dominant people who hold post without holding the AGM and do not disclose the accounts. May I know what is the procedure and whom do I approach as I am a single lady and want justice?

As Hon'ble Supreme Court modifed its earlier Judgment dated 09-08-2016, it has been informed that the employees who worked on a temporary basis with Life Insurance Corporation India had to be absorbed in the rolls of LIC. I am working as temporary peon in kavali branch since 2009 but LIC paid salary to me with different names up to 03/2011. After that LIC gave me appointment letter. In this letter mention that designation peon and method of salary daily wage after that LIC gave salary with my name and maintain attendance register, salary slips. Salary paid office working days for the month only. I am working more than 6 years without break. Recently salary paid by NEFT. Please tell me am I eligible to be permanent? I am still working in LIC.

(1) What if the doctor doesn't turn up to give his statement in spite of two summons sent by honorable court? And if doctor gives wrong statement to the panel of lawyers as a commission appointed by honorable court? ( In a motor vehicle accident case.) (2) Can the petitioner claim the legal charges paid to the lawyers towards professional charges from insurance company? ( Motor vehicle accident case) 

Our real elder brother & sister will be, by executing Gift Deed, Gifting Shares to us (i.e. to their real younger sisters & brother). My Query: (a) What should be the appropriate denomination of Stamp Paper on which Gift Deed to be executed? (b) Is there any amount slab based on which denomination of Stamp Paper for executing Gift Deed is decided? (c) Is there any other duty / taxes to be payable to Govt.? In a consumer complaint filed by me to District forum notice was sent by district forum to the opposite party by speed post according to the practice of the forum. Opposite party as a strategy avoids receiving notice showing " DOOR LOCKED". The speed post track record showed "could not deliver/door locked/First intimation" Forum took this as notice served and goes with proceedings and deliver judgement in next three months. Clause 28A has clear stipulation on serving notice. There it is also stated that if notice is sent to opposite party at its address of office or place of residence it will be considered sufficient as notice served. In an Appeal after 16 months of judgement opposite party made this non receipt of notice a major issue.
