My wife is a Thai chef originally belongs to Thailand. She has been working with renowned restaurant in New Delhi since 14 years. I have started an online home catering business of thai food since 2 years. Few months back my company had participated in a food festival. My wife helped me in setting up of stall and display of food in the festival. During fest organizer clicked photo of my wife at the stall which they posted on their facebook page. Somehow my wife company found her photo. They send her show cause notice which says that she had directly participated in food fest and helped her husband. They did not give any appropriate time to reply. Within hour of discussion with top official of company they kind of forced her to sign reply letter from them. She signed reply letter dated same day which says that she has helped her husband business and apologize. Mind it she is a Thai national and she is not well versed in English language. Despite show cause notice was written in technical English no appropriate time given her in written to think, understand or in case require help from lawyers. They suspend her from working without any suspension letter since 15 days. Now they are threatening her of legal action as she breached contract. Till now company did not terminate her nor accepts her resignation. What action we can take from our side? 

Dear Sir, My late mother posses Post office FD (MIS) in her single name without declaration of Nominee. She died in the Mid Month of January 2017 and later we have found her FD. We went several times to Post office to claim the said FD and encash / Cheque into her / our favour sons (Ours). They have asked several documents to be process under as follows : 1. Two witness to be brought with Aadhar card and Pan Number. 2. Two Surety from Govt Institutions / Banking Officals. 3. Two more Witness from the above Point No.2 4. Death Certificate 5. Indeminity Bond 6. Notrary We appeal to Post Office who is in Office in bearer that except with the Point No. 2 (Surety) that would be difficult from our side because we do not know anyone in person but they insist to be done from our side. Our matter is became halt and remain unbalanced in due course in our said case so we decided to consult a Legal advice from your side. What can be done if we do not brought Surety i.e. Point No.2 Please do solve our matter in easiest and maintainability

Hi I have executed a registered banakhat with the seller for a flat worth of 21 LAC on 100rs. stamp paper and got it registered in sub registrar office. I have given token money to the seller and and have agreed to pay remaining amount in 3 months. Now I want to add my wife's name as co-buyer in the banakhat . Advocate to which I have consulted says, to add another party I have to pay 1% registration charges which is 21000. I have doubt here because its "agreement of sale/banakhat" not the actual sale deed. Please suggest.

I have filed a case in C.A.T Principal bench Delhi and the subject is recruitment. Recently after my completion of two years my probation got extended due to obvious reason of court..then as per department policy I applied for compassionate ground transfer to native place but HOW straight away not considered so as per rules I have sent letter to immediate superior to HQ through online grievance portal. my ground for transfer is that I am posted in Chennai and not eligible to play cricket in Chennai & department doesn't have cricket team because as per BCCI rules so am only eligible to play in my native place. But yesterday my HOE called me and threatend me that he is going to reply to HQ and he will write recommendations for termination of my services. I would like to ask can department do that termination? Because this recruitment case is still pending in C.A.T principal bench from last year. I have filed a case to transfer me to sister department in same ministry where team is available. And from last 2 years am facing harassment & partiality among other sports person they are playing because department have other sports teams and they promoting sports person except me. Now can they terminate my service without any offence.or he just given threaten call?

A poor road condition prevailing from last 20 yr. No action taken by govt. of WB. From last 10 yr this road became risky & dangerous for common people. Became risky for school children, senior citizen, patient, pregnant women. 20 village population around 45000 are using this road. It's a lifeline for each villager of our area. Can I file a PIL on this issue.

Aman’s grandfather had died in 2004 leaving behind a registered will. Probate has been approved by the court on that will. While probate was undergoing, Aman’s father had got an injunction order on the property to avoid any sale deed. But Aman’s father had executed a sale deed before the process of the court has started to the opposite party (Bhaskar)? Will Aman’s father be bound by the injunction or not?
