I had sent my car from Bangalore to Mumbai via a local packers and movers. They had promised that the car will be delivered within 4 days to my Mumbai house. But its been almost 30 days and they still do not have delivered it. They are delaying it by giving some reason or other. What options do I have?

A Memorandum of agreement was made on 12/12/2010 on purchasing a flat with the builder. The apartment consists of 9 flats but only 4 parking spaces shown in the drawings which is given by the builder along with the agreement. I was asked to allot me a for separate car parking while entering into the agreement itself. The builder told that car parking will be allotted after the property registration in the view of “first come first serve basis” as no of car parking is lesser than the no. of flats. Later, I came to know that the builder obtained approvals from CMDA for only 6 flats but the constructed 9. The builder handed over the flat in the month of Feb/Mar-2013 and said that as I was very late in the property registration so I will not be getting an individual car park, and allotted a space which was not shown as car parking in the original drawing. The builder collected about 1 lakh rupees for this allotment and said that the space available is well suited for a car and also informed that he has conveyed this information other owners as he created a new car park space. But actually others started creating problems indirectly. Later, when I went to find out about the sequence of property purchasing made, I was surprised to know that I was the one who purchased the flat first. I demanded an explanation and a car park from the builder, he has not responded yet. Please advise me how I can come out this, I am badly need to have a separate car park

Hi. My Father died in 2000 and he had 2 houses. We are a family of six ( 2 sons and 4 daughters). After his death my Mother wanted to give one house to sons and other to daughters. Because of the compulsion from our Mother we decided to give one house to my Sister. We did not demand much money. Now our Mother is no more and the house price is approx. 2.5 crores now.  When we signed they gave each of us only 4.5 lakhs . Without knowing the property value and by our Mother's compulsion we signed the document. Now we came to know that they have registered only for the ground floor and not for 1st and 2nd floor. We 3 sisters are planning to get that registered to our names or ask for equal share. Is that possible? If we file a case in court will it be valid?

I recently saw a news on Supreme Court Order on ancestral property, Women can not inherit ancestral property if father died before 2005. Can't a women inherit ancestral property if father died before 2005 ?  

my grand father gifted part of his property to me by registered gift deed. two years ago, which i done mutation in mcd office also. my grand father has 3 sons, 2 daughter. in his old age i m looking after him of all his needs. so he gifted me some part of property, rest of property has a registered will also, in will same part of property is on my name also, but to make more lawful, my grand father gifted to me that part. As he is still alive, he wants to know, can any of his sons & daughter can challenge that gift deed. He doesnt want anyone challenging my right on the property, after his death. Is there any more document which can be saved?

This property is freehold, self earned property of my grand father...as mentioned by many lawyers that registered gift deed can be challenged, then what is the best way to safeguard my interests?

I wish to gift shares to my father & brother 10000 each of a pvt ltd unlisted company at bangalore. Other than SH-4 0.25% stamp duty on consideration (book value of shares), kindly tell the stamp duty payable on gift deed. Also clarify Gift deed stamping charges . One more thing if company registered office is in delhi then can I still make gift deed in karnataka. If yes then are the charges same for it in gift deed case

I have cash credit loan from ***** bank in 2006. limit was 7 lachs. but last 1 year 85000 was due, Which i paid in march. But now they are asking me to pay the whole amount. Yesterday, they pasted a notice in front of our house. how can i stay that order and a case file against bank manager? What do I do?
