I am one of two partner of a company. We decided to close the partnership with mutual division of 50 % area and assets. We both signed the documents for desolate bank current account, income tax, cable service providers etc. Now my partner has made another company with his own proprietary and captured whole business properties. He has not given any assets and area to me. I want a solution how to recover my 50% share. What do I do?

I joined a BPO company 3 months before. At the time of joining company HR asked us to surrender our original certificates for formality, So, I surrendered my Educational ( Provisional, 10th and 12th) certificates, and didn't sign any bonds. At the First month they paid 3000 only, (Reduced the training charge). In the last week  of the Third month  I got severe fever. My family advised me not to do Night shift work, So i stopped going to the company. They withheld my third month salary. I asked my Certificates From HR Person, but they told me to pay 2 months salary, They didn't tell this condition while joining. How I Can Get Back My Originals Please Help Me.

Do we need to file a caveat for different orders on the same mat case again and again? Expiry of caveat to be neglected. Do we need to file multiple caveat  for multiple petitions made in a single mat case? For example, we have done a caveat for visitation order passed in lower court. The opposition has objected to the order after a span of time but the court has dismissed it for not attending the hearing. Do we need to again file the caveat for the dismissed objection?

A is the owner of a sole-proprietorship business. I would like execute a will to transfer the same to my grandson.What are the procedural requirements for the same.What are the other options available apart from the transfer by way of a will.?

I am from Gorakhpur, U.P. India. My to be spouse is from Bangladesh. We have plans to get married in my native (Gorakhpur). Gorakhpur marriage registrar is saying that this marriage is not possible from Gorakhpur, please reach out to Delhi registrar !!!
I am wondering that is it true that only few registrar are allowed to solemenise such marriages and the same is not available for all marriages in entire India ??? Please help

I have a 4000 square feet piece of land. Another piece of land in front of mine was taken up by the government to build a road, leaving 320 square feet part. 1 year ago somebody bought this piece of land and is now blocking the approach to my land, and is forcing me to sell my land to him at a cheap price. I do not want to sell this land. What do I do.

The issue is related to correction of Date of Birth on School leaving certificate and SSC passing certificate (March 2008).I had appeared for SSC examination in Maharashtra in March 2008.My correct date of birth is 27/05/1993 which correctly mentioned on Birth certificate, PAN card, Aadhar Card.However the leaving certificate issued by my primary school mentions incorrect date of birth which incidentally continued in leaving certificate after 10th and after 12th and also in SSC passing certificate.Now I have applied to one of the Central Govt. PSU for job. They are considering birth date mentioned on SSC passing certificate or leaving certificate only, which would pose difficulties to me in future.Please consider following :1. I have heard that DOB on SSC passing certificate can be corrected within 10 years.2. I read in rules of Maharashtra state board that only if DOB in school records is correct and DOB on SSC certificate is wrong then they would do the correction after making application to them through school head.3. But in my case DOB in school records itself is wrong.
Kindly let me know what problems I may face if I continue with DOB of school records in central govt. employment records also which obviously would be different from true DOB as mentioned in birth certificate.
Also kindly let me know the suitable course of action/procedure to be undertaken to :1. Correct the DOB in leaving certificate of primary school.2. Correct the DOB in leaving certificate after 10th (SSC).3. Correct the DOB in SSC passing certificate.

      My paternal grandfather (GF) and his 2 brothers were divided their ancestral properties in the year 1930 and executed unregistered partition lists, from then they living independently, after some time it was impounded with sub-collectors office. After some time they lost impounded partition lists and again they executed registered partition deed in the year 1952 in it they stated for the evidence of their children in future the partitioned was affected in 1930.      Before partition my GF’s elder brother purchased house property in the year 1923 and mentioned his self-acquired in the joint family partition deeds in the year 1930 and 1952. After joint family partition in 1930 my GF independently purchased with his own funds, 20 lands different survey numbers and some house properties at civil court open auction in the year 1933 which includes entire suit land.  My GF alone sold most of the properties before 1972 which purchased in 1933.      My GF’s elder brother (Donor) executed registered GIFT DEED without any right, title, possession and enjoyment in the year 1984 in favour of his daughter and son-in-law conveying 1/3 share in only 2 survey numbers by stating it is joint family property but his younger brother not claimed any lands purchased in 1933 by my GF.      The Suit lands not at all mentioned in the registered partition deed executed by donor and his sons in the year 1953 and in it also mentioned that 3 brothers were partitioned in 1930, the same he was admitted in the file of AP Land Reforms declaration in 1975 and he (Donor) has not claimed suit property in his said declaration.      After demise of my GF all his legal heirs were divided and executed registered partition deed in 1987 which includes suit lands and other properties. The suit lands in the name of my GF and his family in all the revenue records since from 1933 in our possession and enjoyment, done or donor never in possession at any time.      The suit lands mortgaged in favour of co-operative bank by my father and GF obtained loans by way of registered mortgage deed in the year 1960.     In 2003 the done filed suit against my father and my aunts in civil court for declaration for right, title and division.     Q1. Kindly tell us merits and de-merits of the suit to protect our rights in suit lands. Q2. Kindly refer Andhra HC and Supreme Court related judgments to suit.
