Who can challenge a registered document like will, gift deed, release deed ? Under what circumstances a registered document can be challenged ?

Protection available for Whistle blower

I read in the papers recently that the Indian law for the protection of whistleblowers is inadequate as it does not protect the identity of the whistleblower in certain circumstances. Do other countries namely Usa and Uk have similar provisions or do theu guarantee a more protective regime

In Kerala a person was charged for sedition when he did not stand up while the National Anthem was being played in a Cinema Hall and started hooting. Why did the Court rely on the general law (IPC) when we have special laws for respecting the National Emblems? Also if a person does not stand up for the National Anthem and does not hoot or comment will it still be termed as Sedition?

A and B are two parties who entered into an agreement. A is a USA based company and B is an Indian Company, with headquarters in Pune. As per the Agreement, parties were to submit for Arbitration before the New York International Arbitration Center. A terminates the agreement on grounds of misrepresentation. B, files case before the Bombay High Court. Can B file suit before the Bombay High Court if the Agreement provides for Arbitration in New York? What defence can A possibly take? Please provide laws and case laws applicable with this regard.
