My parents stay in an house which come under the pagadi system. It is my moms house where she was born. She is staying there down last 70 years. My father shifted there after my parents got married as my mom is the only child of her parents. I am also the only child of my parents.i am married. I am staying with my husband in his house which is owned by my mother in law. As my parents are old, I stay with them on the week ends and keep on visiting them during the week days regularly. As it is my mother's parental house, the rent receipt is in the name of my maternal grand mother who passed away 20 years back. My mother wants the rent receipt to be made in my name to avoid future property issues which may arise after her as i am a married daughter and the rental property cannot be transferred by will. My aadhar card, pan card and bank ststements have my mother's address as correspondence. The landlord is against this transfer and insists on transferring in my mother's name and not mine. He is also asking 2lac for tranfering the receipt in the new name without any legal papers in writing. What stand should I take?

I am from Tandur town located in Vikarabad District which is polluted completely with dust.No clean air to breathe.Muncipailty Dept. nor any department in which these matters comes into their ambit of their jurisdiction are not taking any positive measures which is showing huge impact on health of people living in this Semi-Urban Town. And Right to Breathe Fresh airlines under purview of Article 21 of the Indian Constitution.As we are unable to Breathe Fresh air does can I put writ petition in High court for violating my fundamental right of me and my fellow citizens?

Hi I hired a carpenter to do some work in my kitchen and I also gave him an advance of 10000 Rs. The total amount was 18000 Rs.. Now he has not started the work and also not refunding my money. What legal action I can take against him? .Can I file a compaint with police against him?  have the proof of 10000Rs that I gave as I did online transfer. I also have th message with him. Hi, I'm planning to gift money Rs. 5 lakh each to my mother and brother through online transfer. Both the donor and donee are residents of Jharkhand. I'm aware that this is tax-exempt but to avoid any issues in future, particularly from Income Tax Dept, is it advisable to get a gift-deed registered? What should be the value of the stamp paper? Any other charges also involved in getting this document registered? Any other things that I should know about this transaction? Thank you

My wife is working in a bank. She took transfer to her parental place without informing me and took 7 month old baby also. She is on clerical post and had service period of 2 yr only as clerk.now she is forcing me to join her as she can't live with mother in law. But I can't do that as I have my permanent residance and working in merchant navy. She is also making false allegation like domestic torture etc. What to do? Can I claim child custody as she is a working lady and her parents are also working so maid must be looking after my baby. Shall I file RCR or divorce as she took transfer to her parental place?

I had entered into property sale agreement with a buyer for my property at Varanasi.since I stay at noida the agreement was prepared by the buyer only. With assurances that he will buy in 1 month time he had put in clause of 6 month in the deed.but later on my insistence a clause was put that in case the registry is delayed he will bear emi of this property.but after 4 months neither has he purchased the property nor given me any emi. Also I have come to know that he has done forgery by getting agreement motorised without emi clause.though I have the emi clause agreement on WhatsApp received from his number. Also though agreement was signed on 21st July & an amount of 1.5 lac was received by me for date July 23rd from his Account he has recorded date of agreement as 21st august.though I have photo of agreement sent by him through WhatsApp of dated 23rd July. What are the actions I can take for recovery of my losses.please advice. Also I stay in noida but property is in Varanasi.can legal proceedings be initiated at noida or Delhi?
