I have applied for a post of teacher along with other persons and got selected with two other candidates and I am at serial no 1 but later on department invited fresh applications for the same post I once again got selected with some two other candidates and this time I am at serial no 3 ( only three candidates are needed). so two panals were made first in which I was at serial no 1 and second in which I stand at no 3. Later on I along with two candidates filed the suit and challanged the second list mean while I was appointed during trial but our suit was dismissed. The other two candidates challenged the judgement but at first instance I have not challanged the judgment but later on become the party respondent in the appeal, whether I have done right. suggest me what to do?

My question is according to Sec 4(1) will I have full ownership rights & can I enforce DDA to make my apartment deed on its basis.Kindly inform citations.

I have made an agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper for purchasing a room of 200 sq. foot for commercial use in a building in the year 2005 for total consideration of Rs.5 lacs.The agreement is registered.The payments has been made in instalments and the final payment was made in 2009.The final payment of Rs.1.50 lacs has been made without any receipt on the basis of good faith.The construction of the building was completed in the year 2010.Though the possession of the room was handed over in May,2010 but no possession certificate has been given by the seller.Presently I am running my business from the room.In January,2016 I have requested the owner for the registration of the property but he has denied for the registration.As such,in April 2016 I have send him a legal notice by registered post for specific performance of the contract and requesting him to provide the basic amenities as mentioned in the agreement and the seller has received the notice.In the notice,I have mentioned the date of possession from June 2015 so as to cover the period of limitation.But till today he has not replied to the notice nor he has made any demand.Due to non-registration of the property I am unable to pay the property tax and the same has been accumulating in his name since 2011.Also I would like to mention that I had been a tenant of the seller since 1978 as I have been conducting my business since then and it is mentioned in the agreement.I want to know if I file case in the court will it be barred by limitation as I have heard that an agrement is valid for 3 years only.Also, I want to know whether it will be advisable to send him another legal notice before proceeding for filing the case as it has been 18 months since the notice has been sent.Can the seller prove that the possession was given before 2015 so as to bring the case under the limitation?Under the present circumstances what is the probability of winning the case?Kindly advise.

I have got licence and NOC for starting petrol pump but later we came to know that by notice issued by Lawyer is that land is under civil case, the case is person who have document which is related to 1917 claiming for 1/2 share in specified survey no, after 1917 the land was splited and subdivisions in to many, but that party includes only few members and asking for share only for mentioned members other then specified members are free from this but belongs to filed survey no, very later we came to know this all issues are creating by openen petrol bulk owner but his name was not involved in that, I belongs to scheduld caste, is there any chance to get clearance for starting petrol pump, land lord ready to conduct case but we just need clearance, also land lord have 2 Acer's, petitioner asking 1/2 share, petrol pump will have 24 cents only

Hi.. I have applied for divorce as marriage is not consumated. I know he is an impotent. Counselling is over, my husband said okay. One year gone..But now even before the trail.. my lawyer is telling me to apply as mutual consent. But I want annulment, they cheated me. My question.. 1. Is annulment possible in my case. 2. How long will it take, already one year over. 3. If he doesn't appear, will I get annulled divorce only with my medical proof of unconsumed. 4. If he produces fake certificate what will happen.
