A person, intentionally buillt a property in our 60*40 plot. We field a case against him and my lawyer isn't that good enough to represent. On our plot document, north side is govt road, which is in our layout copy. The person who contracted ground flor on his document east side is govt road, when we use compas for the direction road is in north side. Is this will help to our case or we need to collect more evidence. Thanks

Dear Concern, My cousin brother died in a road accident in the year of 2005 and as on today from the company side they have not settled any amount like Group Insurance,PF,ESIC and also for road accident state Govt also not pay any think or any communication both site , His father and staying in native Odisha but after lot of communication with Labour office to get this case resolve no help from them also. I contacted with ramanagar police station for the process they said need to be check because of old case. Need help from you what action can be take? Please help .

Recently there was theft with me for 21000 and I got a letter from Police station where I launched a complaint to appear they say that they have recovered 5000 Rs but I need to spend 1300 Rs to get the money through court, what is the procedure to do the recovery from Court, Could you please guide me.

The case I refer to is regarding a judgement, which DSCDRC passed in our favor, in Aug’16. The OP (a property developer) had stopped appearing in the court after first 2-3 hearings. OP also shifted their office to a different address. We approached the OP (via registered post and verbally) to comply with the order, however nothing happened. Afterwards, we filed an execution plea with the same commission. Court’s notice to OP for same returned because of the old office being closed. Court suggested us to issue them the notice in person, which we have done. Next hearing is due on Oct. 24th, 2017. In this context, I wanted to check if OP can still file an appeal against the earlier decision in national commission. How long do they have to file an appeal in higher court after issuance of order? Would higher court accept such an appeal given that OP stopped attending court on their own and as well failed to inform the court &/or post-office about their change of address. can accused person made me a respondent in a corruption case before High Court when they challenge as same by Petition U/s 482crpc whereas after submission of 156(3) crpc Special judge has ordered to EOW for lodge FIR and EOW has lodge FIR under section 13(1)(d) & 13(2)PC Act 1988 which was pending before EOW from last 2 years.

My wife has deserted me and now she has made an FIR u/s 498A, 313, 307, 506 IPC and section 4 DP act. After 105 days at my native place odisha. And also filed maintenance u/s 125 CrPC. All the allegations are false, she has a rude attitude towards me and parents, she never participate in household cores. Always want to separate from my aging parents. Because of all her doings I have lost my livelihood. I went for a counselling session, there her cousel forced me to compromise and take her before the principle counsellor. Even the principle counsellor, threatened me. I refused the counselling. On the next date I have made a complaint before the Judge, he called the counsellor but he lied and the wife's counsel also supported him. Then the Judge assured me that he personaly take the counselling session. My question is what to do next.

My husband is separated but not divorced, he has married some one else. I have my children,I want to take the legal custody of them and want to remove their father's name from birth certificate. So what can be done? Can my ex husband be the legal guardian of them or his name can be used in their fathers name?
