I hv purchase property last year and I hv done registry in July 17. It's builder floor in which rest 3of 3 flr's owner is same person who live in Canada, problem is that builder had not completed the construction work and I had pay him full amount. The owners relative are care taker and constructing their floor and not allowing me to do work or access to my floor by putting lock at entrance gate and threating me to life. What should I do can I go to police or court can apply for stay order or help me I paying rent and emi too I hv paid all my hard earned money

Respected sir/madam i am (age 57 year) from deoria,u.p. my grandfather had a plot of size 28x70 sq.feet which was under possession of my grandfather.after his death This plot has been divided 37 year ago between my father and younger uncle by self,both person had no objections from this property division and didnot write a division agreement on any letter.my father and uncle got 14x35 sq.foot plot separetly.my father construct a house on his plot 36 year ago by self investment and uncle did not creat any objection during construction otherside uncle didnot do any construct on his plot.now my father,uncle and aunty have been died .my mother still alive.till now whole of plot as mentioned above(28x70) is registered on my grandfather name in town area land record and also plot's khasra is name of grandfather but I don't have khatauni/khata no.of father's house/property.Now the matter of quarrel b/w me and my uncle's son(36 year age) is that he didnot agree by the division of property which has been done 37 year ago,he is saying that in old land record of nagar panchayat it is clearly mentioned that the whole plot(28x70)sq.f is registered on the grandfather name and no property division agreement available so divide whole property again and give him shares from my house.i informed him that i have 36 year old house record available in which my father's name mentioned and there is nothing of your shares in my father's property and that house was built by my father by self investment but he refused my arguments and his wife treating badly with me and my family members saying she send me jail with my family members by fraud case if you didn't give him shares in property,also saying that sell house to him.i suggested him go to the court and file case against me but she refused this proposal also saying matter will be solve by region muhalla panchayat because she got support muhalla panchayat members .she is not filing case against me. Sir presently i am out of u.p for job purpose,my family also with me.i have following documents of my father's house: 1) 36 year old house tax/house no receipt.(27 year house tax is issued by Father's name and after his death last 10 year tax issuing on my name which i paying per year regularly). 2)electric/water bill on my name. 3)father's death certificate and ration card of mother's name in which all my family member's name mentioned. 4)ancestral land khasra on which grandfather name mentioned. 5)cast certificate/domicile certificate in which my Father's house no. Mentioned. Sir presently my father's house is under my pocession.please advice me what can i do for stop this quarrel and save me and my family members from his fraudent activity. Is it possible that relative forcely or by law capture shares in my father's house??

How to get the custody of my son?Hi sir I have a doubt.. my husband gave a divorce petition.before giving petition he throw me out of the house and kept my 3 and half years old son in the matrimonial house and is not allowing my son to be with me and he a telling to sign the agreement paper and to take child.. and after a month,he left to Abu Dhabi informing me that he will be back after one month. After one month I filed domestic violence case as the my in-laws are not allowing me to meet my son and are not taking care of him also. When I got the court order of protection,they just moved from the marital house with my son and detained my son for almost one week. They then sent an injunction petition to me previnting me from meeting my son. Actually the order is not valid and I again have advanced petition.and if it's success whether I can take my son to my home with me.

Hello sir, in 2014 I bought one land from VENKANNA SONS .same land was bought by Xparty from PULAYYA person in 2006 (VENKANNA & PULAYYA are brothers) X party people are saying that is their land and got injunction order. X party people issued notices to me.In my registration documents i found only wills(veelunama) documents as link document in addition to this i have court final degree documents.In my opposition documents i have found 4 power of autorny doc, 6 link documents and court final degree documents.X party people are almost to start construction of house at sight. How can i vacate injunction order and time takes to vacate injection order. VENKANNA SONS saying this is our land u have no problem. surrounding people saying that venkanna sons are cheaters. so please give me possible solution i didnt know how to move forward.

Section 19 in The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 1.Every petition under this Act shall be presented to the district court within the local limits of whose ordinary original civil jurisdiction— (i) the marriage was solemnised (Degloor, MH ,Taluka Place in Nanded ) (ii) the respondent, at the time of the presentation of the petition, resides (Pune,MH) (iii) the parties to the marriage last resided together, or (Mumbai,MH) 2 [(iv) in case the wife is the petitioner, where she is residing on the date of presentation of the petition, (Degloor,MH Taluka Place in Nanded) (v) the petitioner is residing at the time of the presentation of the petition,(Degloor,MHTaluka Place in Nanded). Wife has filed divorce petition in Nanded(District Place MH).Can Family court run this petition ? If Yes ! Will it come under Jurisdiction error ?
