Cheated by BPO on pretext of giving job
Recently I got a call from career touch BPO regarding the job. So I went there and I cleared my interview then the interviewer asked me for 500 rs for registration fees for the job and also said that this is refundable. Then next day they called me and said you're selected for the training and come to laxmi nagar for training and bring 1000 rs for training fees and also said this is refundable. So I thought I'm selected and they'll train me for the job. So I went to the training and there I paid 1000 rs and there again they interviewed me and again I got selected and they gave me a card and told me that we have a job for you we'll call you tomorrow and you'll have to go there and again crack the interview. I said ok. But they didn't call. I called them so many times but they're giving me dates. I asked them to give me back my money but now they're saying money is not refundable. I'm tired of calling them. They didn't provide me the job and my money is also wasted. Please do something I don't know what to do. Career touch BPO Radhika- 8375081823 and nandini - +919971234458 both the girls called me for the interview and training. Now they don't even pick my call. My name is Jitender singh Reg no- DP/724MB
What we would suggest in such a situation is that first, we need to rule out the possibility of the fact that there might have been a communication problem between you and the BPO. For which, you can send them a “Legal Notice” informing them about the situation you are put to by the BPO and that if such a situation persists then you would be forced to take a legal action against them by way of reporting them to the police and also filing a criminal case against them. You could wait for a 30 day time period for a reply, failing which the grounds of the abovementioned criminal complaint will be as follows:
Section 120B of Indian Penal Code (IPC) - for criminal conspiracy
Section 419 of IPC – for cheating by personation
Section 420 of IPC – for Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property
