False promise of offering job

You have two remedies readily available:

1. If you know where the person resides, file an FIR against that perosn. If police is not registering FIR then you can directly file a criminal complaint case agianst him in court.

2. You can also file a civil suit to recover the money back.

1.Find out all necessary details of the said person who cheated you - name,occupation, address and all other details.

2.Try to persue him with Wisdom and obtain from him a pist dated cheque drawn in your name and signed by him with necessary stamp/seal of any.

3.Obtain bank statement from your account if you have paid by cheque.

4. or if you have paid by cash you can obtain affidavit of the witness in front of whom you have given the money.

5.If thereis any middleman then obtain affidavit of the middleman.

6.You can file civil as well as criminal case for recovery of money and action.

But I Suggest you that First File Criminal Case then enter in Civil Case.
