I need to recover some money from a debtor who refuses to pay me back. Can you guide me on the process of filing a summary suit?

Filing a summary suit is pretty simple. You must present a plaint in the appropriate court stating that you are filing it “Under Order XXXVII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908”. After the same, summons will be issued to the defendants along with a copy of the plaint that you’ve sent along with annexures (which you must prepare also, containing required documents and proofs). After the same, the court processes will begin.
