Dear Sir,

If u r injured you first need to file a police complaint. Once FIR is registered against the company and ts directors. You can sue them for damages under civil law. Pls give a detailed story regarding the nature of accident, so i can give u a detailed reply.

Dear friend,

1.. There are enanctments  to look after such accidents caused due to negligence of the company, like Work Men Compensatin Act.

2. Police will register a case under sections 279, 337, 338 and even under section 304A of Indian Penal Code.

3. the injured and the legal of deceased will get suitable compensation.

Hi,

Accident is an accident and insurance can be claimed for injuries if the offending party has a valid insurance, if not, the company has to compensate out of his own to avoid legal suit. In accident cases, it is always better to mutually resolve the difference by insisting on compensation, if fails, then pursue a legal suit.
