Dear all, I got a new job so I have puten my resignation in my current company and they have asked to survive the notice period of 30 days and mentioned the last date of working. But now they are warning me to extend notice period due to not much good performance. So could they can that and increase it? What is the solution of it please help?

At first place , if your performance is not good then they will not keep you in their organisation. They cannot do so, whatever contract you were made to sign will be final. You can take legal help , if you are being harassed by your previous comnpany.
