I m living in ancestor house with my parents. Three years back one of my grandfather which is not my own given his room, kitchen to his staff. My grandfather didnt took permission from all my uncles, other grandfathers. The staff before entering in house said that they will leave our ancestor after few months but it is three years now, the staff not living house because my grandaftger told staff not to leave house. How legally can i evict them ??

What  is the basis to call the property Ancestral? You derive your right from grand father and he does not require any permission from you or any body before letting his portion or any portion of the property. Till he is alive you does not owe any title.
