Process for registration of computer hardware business

Regarding Business Establishment 1. What rules are applicable in terms of Business Registration( Gumasta) for following services a. Just providing Consultancy services in Computer Hardware, Networking, not going to generate bill from my firm name b. Software Solution where I am not going to generate bill from my firm name. And will do work on commission base with associated firms and not going to charge single penny to whom I will provide consultation for above three services. C. Electronics weighing Solutions, where not going to generate bills from my firm name. d. Talent acquisition, where I will provide candidate to the contacted and required companies and will only generate bills for this service to the Company for placing candidate at their place.
