During my school days, my father has two names one is Venkata Reddy and second one is Venkateswara Reddy in my village, I do remember he has two voter ids as well in that time, later removed one having name Venkateswara Reddy of course. The school teacher who took my admission knows that my father name is Venkateswara Reddy hence she wrote my father name as Venkateswara Reddy, this info was not known to my father even to me as well, till 7th class. After my 7th class exams, I tried to write Navodaya school admission test for 8th class. Then we had received one exam letter from school with my father name as Venkateswara Reddy, my maternal uncle found this and asked him but he refused to change and told that 7th class exams were already completed and father name was already sent to board and there was no way to change like that. Hence, I haven't tried to change my father name on that time onward. Now my father name is appeared as Venkateswara Reddy in all my official documents like SSC, Inter, Degree, PAN, Passport, Aadhaar etc. I got 3 acres land as my share from my father in my village and received land passbook as well but in the land passbook my father name is appeared as Venkata Reddy and my current Aadhaar is also linked in the portal. My father's land passbook contains his name as Venkata Reddy and even my elder brother land passbook contains father name as Venkata Reddy. In this situation, do I get any problems in the future or is there any way to change my father name in land passbook since my other all documents appearing as Venkateswara Reddy. Please provide good suggestion.

Appeal is 90 days from date of decision or receipt of hard copy ? We had applied for mutual divorce at the family court in Bandra in Mumbai on 15th January 2017 and the decision was given on 2nd September 2017 as "Uncontested--CONSENT". However, due to some misunderstanding between us and the lawyer, none of us had applied for a copy of the judgement. Once we realised the mistake, we applied for the copy on 15th November 2017 which we got on 4th January 2018. Now, I have been reading that the time for an appeal (for Hindu Marriage) is 90 days but it does not say from when. I would have assumed that it was from the date the decision was given (2nd September 2017), however looking at this thread, I'm no longer sure. Can someone please tell me whether the period of appeal is 90 days from when the decision is given (2nd September 2017) or from when the copy of judgement is received (4th January 2018)?

THEN ONE MY UNCLE GIVE APPLICATION FOR HOLD THAT AMOUNT IN L.O OFFICE ALL INQUARIRY HAD CONDUCT. WE SHOW ALL PROOF ON CONSTRUCTION THAT PLAT BUT L.O HOLD THAT AMOUNT ABOUT 4 YEARS. THEN WE CONSTRICTING THE HOTEL ON OWN SHARE UNCLE TAKE SET-SSCO FROM COURT. AND CASE START ON THAT LAND AFTER FEW DAYS THAT CASE FINISHED AND LO DEPOSIT THAT AMOUNT IN MY FATHER FAVOR NOW AFTER ONE YEARS LO SENDING US A NOTICE FOR RECOVER OF AMOUNT. AND ALSO TELLING THAT THAT AMOUNT DEPOSIT WITHOUT THE DECISIONS OF COURT. PLZ SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD DO OUR ADVOCATE NOT SPORTING US PROPERLY.
